...nd they treat employees like their slave. They abuse employees, pressurize them. If you will leave company they will hold your 2 months salary and will take many days to give you relieving. I worked here for 2 years, they didn't even give my UAN no. & there is no proper details for PF account and your salary. Overall, this is the worst company as they will not respect you even if you are senior of them. Don't ever join this organisation.

... the poor management who didn't follow any rules and regulations of corporate. If you will put your paper they hold your salary for 2 month specially the CTL of that company The current CTL is the worst person in that organisation who want to control the employee like a labour. There is no job security, salary is not credited on time.

Nither Hr nor manager on the floor, senior authority miss behaves to employees, salary detection, no leave policy, numbers of office politics.

Will be truthful. Company is drastic as there is no management but environment is very friendly but not at all professional. You can get good opportunities from here as they make you do work of multiple posts.

Drastic salary issues No holidays Management is not good No refreshments Just dictatorship of Manager Without any valid points they cancel holidays You will never get solution to your problem

Work life balance is very good, you do not have to worry about work after office.

Everything single thing bothered me there. So much of office politics, favouritism and definately lot of deduction in salary without any information.
