My overall experience was good..But carrier growth is very slow.. The pay skill & increment policies are huge .. I'm never satisfied with company timing

Timing issue..Their is no facility of transport , health insurance free food . Also HR policies are not similar for everyone with respect to office timing

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Environment Of The Company Is Idol For A Medical Representative Specially Under Mr Baluram Jangid (ASM), Upar Manegment Is Also Helpful, Mr Ashish Joshi Is Very Good Trainer And Company Has Good Products

1) First Of All I Disliked A Policy In Which MSR Has To Pay For Near Expiry Goods, Company Just Handover Near Expiry Goods To MSR Forcefully With Checking That The Product Has Given To MSR Has Any Sale Record Or Not, Some Times We Had Paid For The Near Expiry Product Which We Never Sold In Our Territory And Every MSR Paid Many Time For Near Expiry Goods And They Had To Kept At Home Unsold Because They Even Can't Tell Management That The This Product Is Un running In His Aria, 2) Image Of Company In Front Of Doctor And Customer Is Like A Generic Medicine Company Because Psychotropic India Has A Good Hold And Share Of Generic Medicines In Rajasthan, Which Sometimes Gives Competion To It's Own Ethical Products. 3) Company Don't Invest Into Doctors As Cash Or Kind With Policy Of "Hamari Medicine Achi Hai" And No Doubt Psychotropic Has Finest Qualities But In A Market Where Companies Like Sun Abort Mankind With Fine Quality Of Medicine Make Unnecessary Difficulties By Investing In Not Only New Bul Also In Old Doctors, That's Why Doctors Also Shows Their Loyalties As Regular Prescription.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees
