Dislikes

In our company.... They see only high authority to move work.... But same site supervisor gives you full effect to do work...our company not encourage them.... We not asking 10 k increment..... We expect 1k per month..... (((((Old manager & site supervisor are working in our company but your adding new manager from other company...))).((( They labour getting 15 k per month but... As we work good ,day or night we get 12k)))))

If you are a Fresher, You will learn a lot of things in a short while if you keep pace with the company, so that you can survive in any other company in the Industry. If You are ready to learn you can learn a lot.

Dislikes

The working hours are more and unregulated, but they will provide food and accommodation, and the food quality is good but varies depending on the site/office. The accommodation is decent but varies depending on the site/office.
