My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I've started my career here, they gave the confidence which I required to keep my flow in professional life. If you supposed to have any innovative idea which might help your career & help college growth then they will definitely into you. They're just doing great during the lock down. They do have a soft side too, like taking care of our financial things during lock down.

Salary hike. I can say if they supposed to get reimbursement on time. They might be immediate hike. But it's completely depends on government. So, you've security for your job but hike depends on many factors. I wish we can overcome some day
