Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Dislikes

No overtime. compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high.sometime,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attended calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
