Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. (Vender staff)

CTO department management because treat us like a insects and they don't care employees manger is not supportive even upper level of head is also not supportive. even there is a hierarchy system , there is designation attitude in upper management there is no freedom of speech Other department work culture is better than CTO

Relaxed Work atomosphere for most of the department as they have to follow what their bosses say. No Need of brains if you are a good follower.

CXO's are treated like God's for no reason, they donot even have the caliber to manage teams. CHRO thinks she knows the world but basic policies and PMS are not in place. CHRO ego is greater than the organisation, an HR Head who just does not like to talk to people how amazing is that. Leave that she does not even talk to the team below DR's apart from festivals. she is more interested in business meetings and gossip then doing actual HR work. She would like to patronise all the team members, create a rift amongst the teams, if they solve it try to put all is a mess. Say all sort of things behind the back for every team member, and forget what are listening skills. She does not think anyone knows better than her. Infact she knows nothing, she will make the team to the work read the notes and declare her knowledgebase. Most importantly never argue with her, she wont even take ur correct suggestion and then banish you for sure.
