Very comfortable as there is no Projects , They will sell or rent resource for other clients or resource factories and getting some Profit, and the leaders are enjoying life, with hard earned money of the consultant. If no offer in hand join here , after joining keep on searching jobs outside, no good leaders, lot of gossips than business development.

Dislikes

they hire resource for less salary and rent for high rates , There is no projects , if a resource gets selected and go to a client, But profits for this company, they will make you to work 3 to 4 projects and make good money, Leaders will good trips for nothing, If be are close with some leaders you salary onsite will happen, un capable leaders , If the leaders try job outside no one will be selected, so think about their knowledge level. Not a IT company it is resourcing renting company. NO PROJECTS on their Own.

You'll likely be expected to be available around the clock and be assigned multiple projects. Feedback is not encouraged, and your manager or supervisor may not be receptive to it.
