I took as a challenge to launch Nd develop a company in my assigned area. In spite of all odds I have almost done my job. During a span of a year organisation is almost started to enjoy the break even point from my area. Dislikes

Organisation may have some financial constrant Nd for that reason marketing operations are very much inturupted. Efficient Fieldwork are deprived on financial ground and the same in case of field operations also. Though organisation is almost accepted in his assigned operational area because of the product profile and hard work by the concern team.
