Nothing more, benefits only salary k Hike if your really hard worker. Job little secure, because no experience guys are working after join 1 week they left.

Small company, more work for employees, its like a mental pressure more. Timing also late nights and some times weekend to work to finish. Money will give but work double they will expect. I Preferred to dont choose this company for experience. It is only freshers for 2 years enough.

Work gets a little streched sometimes, but the flexibility and independence available compensates for that. You'll actually get a lot of industry exposure working at ProHance

Coffee and tea served at the desk. Good load of work to learn from (however, the loaf is always equal to that of 2 employees).

Unprofessional behaviours, unprofessional higher management, unprofessional handling of any aspect. Nobody enforces any policies or professionalism, just like a fish market
