Company knows only to generate brokerage. Not concern about employee, if unable to do target they don't pay salary. No work timing, no job satisfaction. Don't think about customers profit. Company pressurise employee for new account acquisition only to generate brokerage coz they know that after a month or two they will finish customers money by doing illegal trading, without customers consent only to generate borkerage. Very bad work atmosphere. They are not running company, they are running a 'bania ka dukan' where you will be fired at any point of time. Even the CEO is unskilled and many more to say don't have words.

Profitmart cares about employees and atmosphere is very good. All directors are good and passionate.

The work pressure tooo high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain .

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
