Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

No work life balance. no engineering..all mechanical iterative work as superiors itself not sure what they are doing.. always depends on literature survey rather than real engineering.. one day one way another day another way - but same work..working 10-12 hours is common for us (freshers).. .. Talks about ethics but do not follow. They won't give ur allowed leaves also..No leave for Ramzaan, Christmas etc..

Have free Time to learn. Wide variety of projects. Good for freshers.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Bad environment and Bossism. No job security. No respect given to employees. Treats very well initially and no respect given after few months. No hikes. Only better to work for one year to learn.
