...ealthy Team leaders and seniors of all departments are very nice and supportive. Appraisals are good and bonus is good.

There is no such thing which I disliked about this work place. One little disappointment I had that there was no cantinarea in our premises. Otherwise it's all comfortable.

No work life balance no appreciation no incentive I can't see growth here they only want employees to work harder but they are not giving appropriate salary here every one get same pay 1 year experienced person and 1 month experienced person get the same salary also appraisals are not satisfying

There are so many thing that dislike about Prodata manager as well team leader apke incentive main jhol kartey hain no extra hour working is paid they are paying fresher as well as experience same salary it's under 11k there are target basis job if target not achieve them your salary will be deduct and there are much more thing are there

No groth.. director Dharamraj and opration manager his brother anand ,they are not provided salary on time,no bonus,no insentive ones you've join you bad time will start and you will regret later. If you have not seen bad time in your life carrer join ones...

I got to learn a lot about MIS. Atmosphere of the organisation is really good. Colleagues and superiors are also supportive.

Salary increment is really very poor also same hike is provided to all level employees.
