Company doesn't have a clear business goal or vision. They keep changing their strategies frequently. No clear goals for sales team and employees are not valued here. management style is the worst i have seen in my 13 years of career. Pathetic company to work with without any benefits or job security.

This Company is the worst place to work. I don't have option to negative ratings or would have given that. No professionalism at all, no transparency. Compensation and incentives are worst as per industry standards. It was a big mistake to join this firm
