Politics, Union, No job security, Low salary and no overtime you have to work daily min for 11 12 Hrs but no any overtime ... Company MD is too busy in organization expansion n union people get increment. cant have any time for home responsibilities.

Good for newly Trainee person who has never been exposed to chemical plant and various unit operations. They consider hiring after training tenure.
