Overall my experience with Prione is good till date. Work-life balance is the best part that one can maintain.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but career growth is a little slower than in other companies. People are working for the last 5 years with good ratings but still, they are not getting the level which they are looking for. Sometimes managers do not value your work even if you are doing your best.

Great work culture, very friendly managers, literally no pressure at work.

Dislikes

Very very less pay, yearly hike also very less, Even if are top performer in the team maximum u will get is 7%. No growth u have to wait for more than 4 years to get promoted if u are performing well.

Everything is great about the company. If you are someone who is curious, likes taking decision, working independently, strong culture, this is the place to be at. Being promoted might take time, considering the competition is real tough and might take time. The compensation is something which differs from one individual to others, else its brilliant.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, everything is great, Just that there's no bonus or incentive.

I loved everything about prione. One of the best company i worked with so far. So much learning and skill development. You will be wprking with best people and Best people will mentor you. If you really want a company who helps you to grow from professional level. Prione is the place.

I was disappointed from compensation part and thats the reason i left prione as well. Otherwise overall its great company

Wonderful managers, can learn from each and every leader in Prione. Wonderful working culture very down to earth leadership team always approachable. Great learning opportunities provided in prione.very relaxed work environment, people respect each other and are very receptive towards each other.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, compensation is average not great.
