Its a good company to work for a newcomer and learning wise also good...Culture is also good and top management are very co-operative.

Training is less, Carrier growth get stuck after sometime, Salary is poor, appraisal is also not satisfactory, No innovation, Work-life balance is poor

Not the right Salary for the right working person. No appraisal for past 2 years . Working someone but the name gets some one and not even 1 single recognition. Management levels persons are using abuse words.

Nothing much to like except the pay.

Poor management. Poor technologies being used. Poor behaviour towards workers. Below standard workers. Managers are uneducated and are promoted just looking at experience.

There will be learnings for you to handle tough situation, you can have exposure to multiple departments. Casual environment.

Dislikes

People will blame and no one takes responsibility of their share of load, you'll get to learn to please people to get your work done. If you don't have a good relationship you'll end up doing nothing. Without salary increment your kpi's and kra's will change and increase.

Managers were supportive in terms of any family emergency .

New higher management doesn't give a damn about anything. Moreover they have started choosing people on the basis of their looks not their talent. The reason of leaving the organisation was same. The pathetic new higher management.
