good to learn for new comers, easy going attitude of whole hospital departments, good for gaining knowledge.

the are working on hospital infrastructre from long, they shoud make some honest appraisal and increment process. internal departmental issues will be dangerous for patients.

1. Job security is Zero. As they will hire you on Retainership basis. So any day will be your last day. 2.Work culture is very much hectic. No hierarchy followed. 3. Zero professionalism 4. Hire and fire organization 5. Growth Zero 6. If you know how to please seniors then you will have long vision here 7. No Employee Benefits 8. No sick leaves if you want to take leaves then you need to compromise your day salary

Individually I like the department where I work and all other departments too

No Respect to doctors at all everyone especially the administration doesn't behave good with doctors...and the facilities provided for doctors even if they r working since so many years are so poor.... recently from last 5 to 7 year's everyone wants to b a boss of a doctor
