No sense to seniors, managersof talking to juniors. Behave like they are boss. No respect. Give gaaligaloch words at the time of talking. Make employee feel, behave kike there own servant. Full of politics. Only buttering is working here in office. Not considr effort.

Likes

nothing to like here as well as to learn. I had a non technical, immature lady supervisor, I needed to expalin her every technical thing 10 times but she never understood till the project got over, she was not a listener. Infact every office has one such very clever employee like her which ruins the project.

Dislikes

Actually there was nothing to like, My reporting officer had experience of more than ten years but was very unprofessional with no subject knowledge, and always tried to show disrespect towards subordinates. She had half knowledge of project components and was short-tempered. She did not had any technical knowledge of the watershed and nor she ever wanted to learn it. She was well-versed in office politics and her jealous behavior made her suppress subordinate progress. She used HR to supress my progress and gave wrong feeding to project heads every time. No planning in any of the field visits, total disaster tours with no outcomes with her.
