I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Actually there is no proper About to say "Like ", it is Environment free Company.

Dislikes

...Manager Doesn't have the Proper knowledge of it, he can't take his own decision.even he doesn't know about Part Name atleast 😏😏, but he acts like he know Everything , Salary also Not Credit at Exact Date , Overall there is no Necessary of Engineers i think bcz Uneducated people's will earn more Salary than Engineers.Mangenment Doesn't even know how to build up a team , how to solve any problem . I can say that They will not teach anything more knowledge u should Learn by urself in this company.......I Can write Essay about this but I think it's more Enough

Communication gaps. While doing supplier development initiatives made play around and create intentional issues purposefully Matter belongs to me and for the same matter I have to communicate to management. But here somebody else has already made communication which creating misunderstanding.
