...are much. Can't Find Time for extra activity(Hobbies) rather than office work. Salary is not appropriate according to industrial standards.

Seniors are polite when we ask doubts. Leaves can be taken anytime considering they only provide leave without pay.

Dislikes

1. No leave policy defined, may call Sunday as well to compensate any big festival in India 2. If asked in a professional manner for feedback/input for performance evaluation, no response. 3. They roll out employer of month feedback form, but there is never evaluation done and its written what you have done after your last evaluation!! 4. If we ask anything to HR, they are not known, they go to company management people and ask. Define policies which are followed not buried. 5. No leaves given in Probation. 6. Washroom problems. No water 💦 7. Very strict in timings. 8. Only Sunday off that too depends on management 9. No health insurance 10. No pf deduction And many more. I hope this reach out in positive way and necessary actions are taken for betterment of employees. A suggestion for new Joinee people please don't leave your secured job to join here, you may be happy for a month but not more than six months. If you can survive here for 6 months, you can go ahead.

salary low as compared to market 50% only given during lockdown when we need more in lockdown fight with hr for expenses hr head is boss relative, we never win they only do as per their convineyance no pf deduction no insurance

All the management and staff having very Familiar nature. 100% job security Employees can freely raised their concerns without any grudge/fear Employees concerns are highly appreciated here. Management take care of individual employees issues.

Lot of new things learnt here, after joining here from different industry. Senior Management is very Co-Operative. They are giving full freedom/support to implement new procedures & to follow. Colleagues also very supportive nature.

As of now nothing is dislike in this organization for me.
