Work Environment is good, No oversitting work, Low work presser, yearly 10% increment on time, accommodation facility.

Dislikes

Yearly bonus only Rs.8,400 fixed amount to all staffs, Basic salary very low% on CTC, that was affecting in our gratuity amount. Little bit politics. other wise a very good company for freshers & learners.

management is taking care for each employee at very grass root level and have very good staff colony with all basic service provided

To get establish with current modern business trend along with business strategy is missing somewhat. need to recruit fresh technical staff as well as workers for more better qualitative production

Very low wages and employee welfare. Internal Politics Between Other Departments . No Qualified Managers to support their team. Overall premier is not good concern to work with.
