I have worked in PIF for more than 10 years. It has given me immense growth. Although now I'm retired, I'll always be available for Precision. I started with Procurement Engineer and I retired as Procurement General Manager.

Work pressure is high sometimes, but I find it fascinating as I am able to gather experience in vast areas like being in marketing, once I managed material management for my particular product on shop floor

This is my 5th company, being such a big company, I have never seen this amazing culture where owners and teams collaborate together and solve problems in depth. THus i love the working style. I am shifting to Faridabad due to family reasons, otherwise if I will get opportunity to join here in future, will surely come back

If the peak season is going on, we hve to come on weekends sometimes, if urgent

Nothing, which u can like in this company. 12 hours duty timing after duty you can have call from MD or there chilnders any time you early morning or late night. They dont valued the employe’s personal life

Company politic Owners do like the people who are sycophants Late working hours If you left the company, you will not get your full & final payment even if you gave them proper time and handover properly Company dont have any working system. Unprofessionalism Mentally torture and harassment
