Good work environment and culture. Teammates are support and the management not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very bad, appraisal not available and they give verr bad salary hike and bonus nit given every year.

The company is open to Innovation and readily adopt modern business policy. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that provide reliable, high quality services and has a good client base in PAN India. As a result, i had a chance to Air-travel Patna, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Meerut but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location & Requirements. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 20-24 Hrs straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night. Managers don't value an individuals unique strengths, which us why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hense senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.

I have a poor experience with PLS. Because company are very poor in vendor payment, it give only mentle harrasement in life, i am feeling uncomfortable in company, because it also poor in salary & rembursement. we cant recieve salary on time, we recieved approx 10 days later from the salary date.

Management is so poor. If they have work from you their behavior is so good and after work they will kick on your *ss. If you are looking for this company i suggest plz dont go to this...
