Salary Company culture No learning Good for those who lack any sort of skills They will make you sign 2 year contract, in case you get some better opportunity, they will torchure you to payback their salary amount Please note, they will deliberately pay you high stipend during internship which looks very attractive, but the whole idea behind that is to mentally torchure you in case you decide to leave post intership. They demand the whole stipend back, which one cannot pay back
