Salary is not equal for same category employees..I was working as senior QA but my salary was very low & any juniors was getting much more then me.. this thing S/B change..otherwise it's great company..

A person can learn the entire process of garment manufacturing (Right from the fiber to garment) here. Because this is an integrated garment supply unit.

Dislikes

...lanning and execution, Frequent changes happen in the teams & working procedure. Cannot expect much Career growth both salary and next level of opportunities. No option for skill development and personal training.

It is a very good company to learn, grow and expand your horizon of opportunity. You not only get to learn about your own dept. But also about other departments too as very thing from fiber to printing, embroidery, production and packaging is in house.

Dislikes

Less skilful subordinates, work environment for female staff, work-life balance, salary structure, politics, your work does not get acknowledged, no free transport facility even though the factory is 40km from the city, no other free facility for staff like cafeteria or free food, you need to pay for everything from your salary.

Good work environment and culture, team mates and reporting manager are very supportive. Campus is very huge and you can see lot of greenery. You learn lot of new things while working.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not very good and career growth is slow. Work pressure is high due to various tasks allotted to a single individual.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
