Few of the best part of working with Pratham is we could experience the one of the best work life balance with this organization. The major credit goes to my mentor and guide in this learning phase of time Mr. Sunil Siwan who's heading business in Gurgaon. He had helped me allot to learn many aspects of marketing and sales in this period. I am really grateful to him for sharing all the knowledge and feedbacks on my mistakes. He had been one of the most generous person with whom I had worked till now as he had helped me to gain as much of knowledge and explore new and creative ideas which could be used while marketing and promoting our products. Also, I would like to specially mention that my manager Mr. Siwan of one of those seniors that any new joinee or a subordinate would really want him as a senior who is always available to guide and show the right path. Pratham has a great work life balance and value their employees. The HR deptt is really helpful too.

Dislikes

There are some areas where i think pratham can work on to improve and that is on the compensation part. Also even after being in sales they do not offer any incentives to business development team. Also, after working here I got to know that there the work culture is also need to be more focused by the respected team so that employee should enjoy the office culture. another thing is that you have to work on saturday and sundays if you want to work here. though there is a compensatory off which can be taken on any of the weekday.

one of the best things here in Pratham is work-life balance, as an intern I'm privileged to share my experience. Here I'm in the Gurgaon centre, under the supervision of Sunil Sir. He has been so motivating, and supportive, and the working environment is so positive(Gurgaon Centre). Another part is that here you have your own space to grow.

when it comes to considering a job offer, one of the major role is played by salary, here at Pratham we can work on compensation and incentives.

It's totally a lala based organization. They teach management to students but their management is so much poor.No personal life. They are doing a big corporates fraud with their business partners.

IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR FUTURE ,PLEASE JOIN PRATHAM TEST PREP..THEY WILL HIRE YOU BY THE NAME OF IIFM BUT THEY WILL TREAT EMPLOYESS LIKE LABOUR. THE DIRECTOR OF COMPANY IS VERY ARROGANT. HE BARKS ON EVERY EMPLOYEE WITHOUT ANY REASON. HE THINKS THAT HE IS EVERYTHING BUT HE DONT KNOW THAT HIS FAVOURITE MANAGERS CALLING HIM BY VERY GOOD NICK NAMES .
