This is a bogus company. they don't give salary of employees in this pandemic. I work for them for last 9 month, they don't give me my salary yet. when I call HR they do not pick my phone and the HR department send me salary slip only not transfer the amount. when I contact with them they just tell me that they don't give me the salary. Please guys Do not Trust this company, they also paid salary on 20th every month. Do not Join this company. If you want to see any prove I personally send you everything. My Last Mont Salary Slip, My bank Statement and some telephonic conversation also. They are here to cheat people In this pandemic.

Dislikes

6 days working, No holidays on Dusherra Or Janmashtami Or Guru purmina Or Lohri Or Baisakhi, even saraswati puja or 1st January. And yes the higher authorities doesnot have any communication with AM/executive level workers, so if your HoD have any gruges against, even though you are the most hard word in the team, he can have the authority to manipulate the higher authority and they will fire you immediately.

Nothing to like here. HR Policy is zero & only buttering in this company is way of growth. MEP HOD show only his work to management & secure his job after 74 years of age.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
