I applied for Azure Cloud Support Role at Concentrix for Gurgaon location. I had also cleared the AMCAT assessment which the HR Ria from Prasha Consultancy has shared with me. On next day I got called from Concentrix HR Piyush Sahni but unfortunately I was outside stucked in traffic due and later when Ria called me and the moment I picked the call she started to shout like "why haven't you received the call aisa kon behave karta hai". Prasha consultacy should teach their employees the basic ETIQUETTE FIRST. I still responded her calmly. On Day 3, Ria texted me and said "be available at 6pm Sept 19 2024 as your HR round with me Piyush will be there on conference". They don't value the time of CANDITDATE and called me around 6:40PM and that call lasted hardly for 3min in which I shared my complete INTRODUCTION. Piyush said he will call again in 5min. After 20mins Piyush called me personally and that call lasted hardly for 2min. and again he asked me to INTRODUCE MYSELF. Such a unpleasant experience I had with this two HRs. When I was introducing myself, Piyush interrupted me and told that I didn't pronounced the word AZURE properly. Here I calmly addressed him that in language many words has different way to pronounce the word. On which he said he will speak with supervisorand cut the call directly which was so unprofessional way done by him. After that I didn;t got any response from this HR. On Monday 23rd Sept I pinged Ria to know if there is any update yet and within 1min she simply texted REJECTED that too with typo error. Upon which I ask the reason she left me on SEEN and haven't replied to the message nor she is receiving the call. Such a pathetic behavior I would never recommend anyone to join through this so called PRASHA CONSULTANCY. If there could have any option to share the attachment I would I have shared the proof. Wasting time of interviewee. They should just resign from the position if they don't know how to JUST SPEAK PROPERLY with others, especially in professional life. Please don't waste time here by applying through this people or FIRM.
