No Salary Benefit, Lowest Salary as per Market standard. No Benefit of Mediclaim, After completing the MBA, a Executive's Salary and Office Boy Salary is same.

Many things which is management do not care about in Indian working condition and wages . Management still in old passion kind of thinking. 10-15 year before the way PPL use to handle factory

Lunch. Salary on time. But inner future lunch will not be provided by the company.

There is nothing to like. They don't need loyal employees. This is lala type company. Bangladeshi people manages the Indian business. They don't want to fulfill statutory things. No mediclaim, no gratuity. Negetive minded. They only believe in taking not giving. If you get opportunity in PRAN don't join here. Specially in accounts.

Almost everything that you went acrduring your profession Carrer. Nothing to learn, very poor salary and benefits no time for salary to credit. All top managers are from India, they don't have any clue how to work in corporate sector.
