I worked there for 2 years as Area Sales Manager.. 0 increment, 0 incentive, 0 Job security. They fired my manager for no reason and they will fire anyone at their wish. One of the director of the company is rude arrogant guy live only in his EGO world, if we are unable to satisfy his ego's then u r gone!! U cannot develop any skills in this company, u cannot save a single penny because no incentives and bonus (salary comes on time every 30th) so in bangalore u cannot only relay on ur salary coz very expensive place, really terrible company culture, if u really wanted to grow ur career anywer u can do it that's all up to u but end of the day u won't be satisfied on what u r doing in this company, nothing innovative or free u can be there only thing u can do is politics and satisfy the ego filled director, if u r good at these both u can prosper in this company. All the best. This I have written not from any grudges against the company, but this is the fact the real truth.

The most terrible company you will ever go through. and now its newly named as stellar seats. please never ever think of joining them.

Dislikes

Everything. Staff has now relation other than playing dirty politics, Management is the worst you will ever see. never gave my insurance claim either.
