Environment is very good. Teammates are very supportive. In company cantten facility is available. There is a five day working. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very very poor salary structure. HR policies need to be revised. Same percentage increment to employees with 1 lacs and 30 lacs salary. Hiring fresher engineer with double package than the current 3 4 years experienced Engineer.

Difficult to manage work life balance for site base employees,for H.O employees working environment is very good also company policies, appraisal are fare,good salary hike for all employees every year overall good place to work
