Brilliant work environment with very cooperative staff and co ordinators,good exposure to learning through various measures like workshops , learning from seniors and working pattners ....Music ,Art and Craft department teachers were very professional and talented... Equal opportunity to explore the talent was given everyone...

Salary was very less as was working as a assistant teacher....

Likes

Excellent team of teachers , expert in their work but have poor appraisal comparatively while the work pressure is more. Time is a constraint in getting the assigned task done. Teachers give hundred percent time to their work in school even after the school hours and many others carry their work to be done at home but still the management seems to be unhappy with their staff members.

Dislikes

Mismanagement of man power and time. Unscheduled work other the planned one in school calendar is imposed on teachers.....less bother about academics, some good teachers have been turned to be expert in clerical duties ....most of the teachers keep busy in one or the other petty meetings which end without reaching the conclusions/objectives. Academics is taken care of only on the day wherever there is a result discussion meeting, then publically teacher/teachers are insulted......most of admin work has been done by the class teachers........
