Never Join Pragati Agri product or anything belongs to pragati group or pragati udyog.All belongs to same owner located at strandroad Vinayak building posta very congested area in middle of market.There is nothing you can like ,starting from Job culture to employee future. You can experience unnecessary screwing by Director,cheap politics & unprofessionalism in Hiring or firing system at its peak.Director will call you multiple times during interview judge you through several metrics starting from apptitude to attitude .After that you may be hired without an offer letter putting condition to it in regard to your performance & stability.After that they he will presurise in such a way that you will leave on your own.The director is extremely confused & suspicious mind so He will verify every nook & corners of your ability & experience but will negotiate like fish market for salary negotiation.There is no HR policy, No leaves, notjing in favour of employee .Director is clueless & dosent know what he wants exactly .Belongs to Very old fashion culture but try to be smart hiring good employee with less benefits otherwise you are sacked.So think 100 times before you join Pragati.it will push you Backward before you dream to move foward.Thirdclass company ever seen.
