Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

In prabhat nothing is good. Avoid to join this company.

Dislikes

Not paying salary on time, you have to work more than two months then get single months salary. All vendors are crying for their payments for their services and products. financially culprate company.

Its very bad professional experience in my entire 20+years career. I was Covid positive in the month of March 2021. I have recovered and planing to rejoin my duties managment told me there is no requirement further for the position. I have given my best efforts to build the business from scratch started from Aug 2018. But I have been thrown out of the job.

Dislikes

Management doesn't have knowledge how to drive successful business. Without finance backup busness will not run in today's compitative market.
