Everyone senior wants 0 mistake in work, but without mistake we can't learn anything new, mistake is necessary to learn new things, I think every employee want to make company better but he can't do anything due to unwanted pressure or 0 mistake behaviour of some seniors

...ot job security, they will fired u at any time, not good behavior of management. No leaves, salary deduction, no salary slip, they will not give anything, phone submit, very restricted environment like school...work load so much.. Overall very bad

I worked as a junior graphic designer there 1 year, There working atmosphere is very good, and more thing there to learn for everyone. Prabhat prakashan has good policies to his staff and the increment depends on your performance. At the last their owners and the team leaders are supported and very good firm for the fresher's.

Their politics which is going in every company.
