I worked for the company almost 5 years but I like the way HR lied. Only I like the most is Ranchi office working environment is really good just because of project manager.

...s company means I have a lots of issue with this company. HR policy is very bad. You will never get your salary on time. I served my 30days notice period but they deducted my one day salary without any reason. They hold my gratuity amount and no one responding on mail. They have this kind of attitude.

...ed growth opportunities, Lack of recognition and rewards, Inequitable treatment.Salary is very low compared to any other Oil & Gas company. Yearly salary hike is extremely poor. This is an organization which does not value it's employees at all.

Work culture and corporate atmosphere are good. Some Officers are very talented and well qualified. I have lots of learn from them. Staff is gpod

Dislikes

Management level like a lala management, no company policy, no management power. Every time management change them decisions. Staff will trust them decision. They decisions like "abhi bola abhi fok" . No future in company and any time management will say you will not come from tomorrow. Worst experience.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
