...Female employees by the President. 2- School and College like strict atmosphere. 3- Poor Salary structure. 4- Micromanagement. 5- Too much work dependency on a single performing employee. 6- Hiring is based on Qualification instead of skills. 7- Poor work-life balance. 8- No extra benefits for employees. 9- Your are everything for the company when you join the organisation but as soon as you resign, you become the worst culprit.

1. Good infrastructure & manufacturing facility. 2. Company is having good business potential as it is supplying parts to most of the OEM's and also looking for opportunities in EV batteries segment. 3. Employee retention period is good. 4. Annual increament policy is there. 5. Company supports in employee skill development by internal & external trainings.

Dislikes

...harges (breakfast & lunch) are comparatively high. 3. No short leave facility 4. Salary deduction if late coming duration exceeds 60 min in a month. 5. Employee has to pay 100% charges for uniform, shoes, etc.

Its good platform for beginners who learnt so much from this organization in the term of documentation, which helps for your upcoming future as well as for skill upgradation.

Dislikes

Everyday you are in rush for your work, if you want to do something like new ideas , implementation or changes then you have to wait for a long time to approve from your head and then whos helps you to do these work those compelication will face. Moral is that you cant do anything without cooperation of other depart head which is tough most to convience them to help you out. Second thing is HR policy Everythingis chargeable like uniform, safety shoes, lunch , etc etc.

Here I have got a lot to learn, this is a good training center, if you have a selection in the maintenance department, then you are lucky.

There is political property here, it is very difficult for the new generation to move forward.

Culture is poor. There is difference in people when you know Hindi or don't know hindi. Reporting structure is still unknown. As a Engineer no options to take decision. Still unkown i should report to Corporate head or plant head. 0% system is followed inside the plant.
