Currently due to covid 19 not paying salary since 4 months.management was so poor,Team leader always doing partiality between order entry and art team he always supporting order entry becouse team leader nothing knowledge about art.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign but due to covid 19 in may HR call me and forcing me to resign....

Night Shift with Extended work timings , less growth especially for freshers who have just learnt graphic design , (Recreation) no creativity just copying/remaking, other/existing Art works/ logos Your ligit just tracing at this point ...How would a new Graphic Artist even learn to create something from scratch if asked in any future Graphic Design job... No training for handling or communicating with clients....... Working using One software ...... for a Fresher Graphic Artist No point the least you'll achieve is getting used to using one software ... good luck getting through other Graphic Jobs because they will demand you to know more than just using one software , including communicating with clients , Even promoting via social media, Overall Average Exp .

Flexible working hrs means no work life balance. Have to co ordinate with team members even though you are having lunch Salary is credited to account on 20 of the subsequent month Senior are always busy not available to help No proper rnd on new technologies before applying
