Senior management only wants to dump work on lower levels while play candy crush or watch movies in office hours. Employees are expected to work 247 without any regards to personal conditions Company doesn't believe in creating backup of important resources, so when good resources leave, all burden rest on his team members and lower levels. When informing about workload , senior management in a very old fashioned way states ki Tumhaare zamaane me Humne sab kiya he aur sab saha he.

...ing because of AI.. doesn't heve any say but will act as if he knows everything. salary is very low plus too much deduction that you end up getting very small salary. And be aware of some employees as gossiping is a number 1 sport in PXIL

No job security, the company has been financially hopeless since the day it started. Its running only on alms and is being kept alive by force from the regulatory body so that there is no monopoly in the market. With a 95% market share of IEX, there already is monopoly.
