Initially while joining incentive was good, afterwards nothing been there and also started deducting from the basic salary if the sales target not been met. One happy is that I got experience and also was leading my family as in my difficult times, this terrible company which helps me to tackle anywhere as I am strong enough now. Now I am in a better position which remembers my past situation.

Dislikes

Initial work was quite okay thinking it's a learning period, later on no one care about anything, just put up all pressures and could not balance work life. As work is mentioned 10am to 6pm. It goes beyond as the work is all held totally on nutritionist. Very difficult to survive with very less pay, no hike given no promotions. Just put pressure like hell to the sales and marketing. Just focusing on their products to sell. It's not the main job of Dieticians, initially just said to speak about the products, later on every day same torcher asking and questioning about the targets, it's not fit to work as nutritionist there. If who are looking for the Nutritionist job, please look after different companies who are very much looking after you, do not waste your time and energy here.

Dislikes

Overburden of work, expectations from new emplyees, at least give time to new employees and provide proper training of atleast 1 month to understand product and company
