Only salary comes timely else everything is full of politics the worst environment experience of my life here only that employee can work who is zero in performance and excellent in politics and one more thing company has filled such useless employee in management who are least interested in working and highly interested in politics.

Diplomatic and parcial behaviour of management and worst environment in entire company which is something below the lavel of maturity and professionalism.

Process is good. Company have good ethics to manage every process. Salary on time, no hidden politics inside

All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.

I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .

The work culture in Porter is much better than that of the places I have worked, we are given the opportunity to develop skills despite the team we are working with also the company organizes skill development programs. Talking about the work-life balance and job security, great at porter
