New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. They money oriented . They didn't concern employees welfare.All commission based. if you pay your job will be safe for 2 years. if not paid, job is not safe for you. Chennai office manager always expect money money commission amount.

Don't waste your time and future. They treated as a Indian professional workers like a wages. In Malaysia workers have a working time in 9 hours,but Indian workers there is no working hours like 12 hours to 14 hours.
