Dislikes

Ethical issues ...difference of opinion and I resigned. Food bad. Remote area. Far away from shopping centers. may not get important things in the surrounding villages.

Better place for bachelors / spinsters. But married people feel hard with duty timings. Still there are lot of other good things such as medical benefits for employees and their family members; location of the institute inside a natural scenery.

Soft-Skill Training , I was given a free-will to conduct Reality show based on the syllabus framed.., Guests from varied college & university were brought in to witness & Judge Debates / Group Discussion / Reality (show ) Talks & Discussion & above this " Campus Face-Off " which was a " Big-Big Success " The best of my career at P I M S . . .

Dislikes

No money paid for extra hours... Remuneration need to be improved. Appreciation for staff has to be provided. Entertainment like sports and culturals need to be arranged often. Mess fee has to be made free for staff.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
