There are many things that I liked best about Polyplex Corporation like working culture, skill development, company policy, company environment, senior support etc.

Dislikes

There is no reason for not doing it, everything is very good, just the salary is a little less.

Work life balance and team bonding are good, salary at the time of joining is good after that no increment.

Work culture, appraisal/ promotions are delayed, actual profile offered is very different from what is offered at the time of interview

At your back politics is going you never know salary salary/appraisal very poor job security is poor I have done their apprenticeship they never give payment slip only give check i many time ask for payslip they said we do'not allow payslip to apprenticeship. messing is to bad they hire 1 year for apprenticeship after they proceed with training for 1 yr after it 1 year for confirmation means you need 3 year to become a proper employ

This company is very well for a learner and I always enjoy here all staff are very suporting.The yearly appraisal are not very good here and salary according to grade is not sufficient.thanks

Its like one big family. You actually enjoy your time in the office. Not much interference from senior levels as long as you do your tasks in time.

Dislikes

There is not much for a good resource. They eventually get frustrated and leave. The policies are not very much favouring the employees. They go by the book.
