I like work in poly group there is a big canteen and playing ground for chilling company policies are good. Teammates are supportive the management is transparent. And transport system provide for all associate

Salary is decent due to career growth is slow there is bond 3 years before which you cannot resign. Currently working on last 4 years but my salary not increase so i think left my duty

It's management is very good and all teammate are supportive Company policy is also good and give good salary time to time and all HOD is good behaviour

Nothing good and special I just say worst food serve in contactor, Very poor and negligence system and miss behavior, in this company worker like dog 🐕 Behave

Polyplasticscompany are delaing with several OEM company. Extra process are activated at Polyplastics like plating process. Its a very complicated and big process. I have gained knowledge some about plating process. Another process also available painting process.

Dislikes

Tema work has not seen in Polyplastics. Very poor management system in Polyplastics. Trainging not given to new joining employee.

To intresting my job is knowing every part as visual and dimentionaly,to assure the quality of the product,to provide training to quality associates and do smoothly work by them with their(man power) happyness. Company environment is good so make exciting my job.
