No work life balance. The allowance are not added. Half of the month salary is not credited in proper amount No team bonding. Guys of the team ate worst even after informing to management its not taken care

You will come to office during covid anyhow on your risk and on your test. Company will not pay any penny on your tests. Poor country manager.

8am to 5pm all time drawbacks.all time staff's humiliation by unprofessional country manager.

...hift allowance rs.200/-. All the politics and they least bother about employees. No salary hikes whatsover. Third class management. Mass lay off or else always trimming employee size.

Good Company to catapult a growing youngster. Lots of potential for learning. Adaptation to latest technology. Good peers. Mix of seniors and juniors.

Compensation not uniform. Growth slow. Interproduct rivalry.

The culture is very bad. Each leader is wanting to establish his or her own authority. Zero respect for Finance as a function. There is no career progression. Unusual spend is excessively high. Good work is hardly appreciated or rewarded. Ppl want to work as per their whims. Absolute zero professionalism
