Worst company to work with. No respect for honest and loyal employees.

Dislikes

... no respect for you. They make conditions for me so i have to leave the conpany.They even rob me of my bonus while leaving the company.

Job security is good, but after management changes. There is a person(Shailesh) will be peaking to each and every moment and irritate you more than your work. Micro managing to peaks.

Working with POKKT gave me exposure to Ad tech world both in Indian and South Asian markets.Also, handling a team of 6-7 people in various regions.

There was nothing to dislike about working in POKKT, just that my CEO used to always travel for business related work and meetings which sometimes delayed the approval process.This was a challenge for me rather than a dislike.
