Lot of politics. Managers has their favourite people marked and they will see only their benefits. I worked on both their projects but they told me to resign saying I didn’t do good job and then promoted my teammate who worked on only 4 pages. Also my salary was deducted during covid times saying it’s deferment will be returned. But never received it back. I have 65000 pending which was cut in the name of deferment. After 2 years also no news about my hard earned money.

...pportive and the management is transparent, wel support from higher authoritys . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

High level of internal politics,, favouatism. Zero respect for the teachers,salary on time all financial benefits ,but extreme level of indiscipline amongst students, no respect for teachers by the students. Not school it is amusement park

Extreme internal politics. Bad money drives good money out of circulation. Even after giving conformation letter,no job security,the policy of zero tolerance is a big weapon they always use to trap any one

It was a good experience to work with Podar. I learnt many things.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.
