Peaceful environment and very clean, hygiene shop floor, equality exist in each employee's, on contract within 2 year you can shine in this company. Highly equipped machines ,company with extreme safety standards. Quality is good in all aspects.

Dislikes

In on roll pay is good & contract it is difficult to earn, working pressure is more overall. Neem scheme is totally a waste of time some part of money exhausted, working pressure is more in each part of employee, any concerns in quality and safety the employee may be fired.

Initial Salary for freshers are low, Good workers have low benifits rather than the bell boys whom get benefits due to boss favouritism & job hiring has some difficulty.
