Lala ki Dukaan. Thugs who don't provide notice period to employees but demand a notice period if any employee leaves by themselves. Cheap people who will even count the cups of coffee you drink. One fine day they will tell you tomorrow is your last working day. Full on politics and boot lickers are constantly avoiding work and busy licking. If you are a professional please do not join this foul company.

1. I was appointed by 3-4 rounds of interviews with respected MDs . I got a proper confirmation letter after my probation period. Also, I got promoted to Head of Maintenance (I was appointed as Manager E&I). Still, after 2 months of my confirmation the management of PMV appointed another manager and demanded my resignation without providing any notice regarding my performance, any warning letter or any legal letter. 2. Here the performance of employees is secondary if the company finds a lesser person from your company they will replace you anytime. 3. If you raise your voice on social media and start looking for a job by telling your incident, the higher management of the company will try to threaten you. 4. If the company is providing the confirmation letter they are satisfied with the performance of the employee but then just for a lesser salary this company can neglect your performance. 5. There is no facility for transportation from the company side. 6. Full of Politics
